Dianna is a senior-level Quality Professional and an experienced engineer. She has worked over 20 years in product manufacturing and design and is active in learning about the latest techniques in business.
Dianna promotes strategic use of quality tools and techniques throughout the design process. Her goal to help designers use these methods early to help drive decisions and create products that are safe, dependable, and easy to use. She offers learning programs and shares content through Quality During Design. She also consults through Deeney Enterprises, LLC.
Dianna has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and is an ASQ certified Quality Engineer, Reliability Engineer, Quality Auditor, and Manager of Quality/Organizational Excellence.
