Speaker: Fred Schenkelberg

The 7 (maybe up to 9) basic quality tools provide a foundation for much of the reliability-related work we do on a daily basis. Having both awareness and mastery of these tools will enable you to quickly use basic tools to get a handle on the situation.
Let’s explore cause-and-effect diagrams, check sheets, control charts, histograms, Pareto charts, scatter diagrams, stratification, run charts, and flowcharts. What they are, how and when to use them, plus a few things to consider when using them.
