We have resolved many manufacturing issues. Why do I need DOE to do this? How can we better get to root cause? Each section below contains a 2-minute video to expand on the topic provided.

Why use Design Of Experiments?

Design of Experiments is the best tool for resolving problems when our science and experience fails us. Even if we are right, we also need to prove our approach works to others. Today that includes proof with statistical confidence. We need to be efficient to reduce excessive prototypes, scrap and downtime.

Knowledge Based Decisions

Decision making is the core of what we do every day. Relying on opinion is very limiting, so organizations have been leaning more and more on data. However, we need to understand the need to translate the data into knowledge. This provides a strong basis to avoid the natural biases and make the most of the information available! Stronger decisions leads to stronger designs and processes.

Root Cause Analysis

Organizations have lost the experience to find a Root Cause after so much manufacturing was transferred out of the country. When stuck, many are not sure where to start. With a framework for this analysis from our experiences, we can leverage your team quickly and get things back on track. Make problems go away permanently!
