Well, it’s time for another exploration in Use Case 7. Unfamiliar with UC7? It’s simply when customers do unexpected things to our products. We often ignore it, but in fact, it is one of our best ways to learn about our product’s reliability.
Exploring this concept pairs well with my affinity for breaking things I own. Half the time this occurs from creative curiosity, the rest is just not thinking before acting. I’m a walking test lab. Sometimes products prove their metal and survive, sometimes they fail, sometimes we discover something new.
