I’m a prospective Agricultural Engineering consultant. I need to get started. First I need to incorporate reliability program into it. My problem is I have never worked in a reliability company and I don’t have the tools to start. I want to join a reliability team and also get a certificate that is relevant to my line of interest.

Thanks for the note and realizing the role reliability engineering will play in your work in agricultural engineering.
Keep in mind that most engineers consider reliability in their work already, as you do too I suspect. You can learn the tools the techniques by reviewing the material on Accendo Reliability, getting a few of the recommended books, and taking a course or two, attending a conference or two.
You can also narrow down the learning task by focusing on what aspect of reliability engineering you need to know. Learn as you and learn what you need to accomplish the next task. Over time you will gain the experience to be effective. At first allow for the time to study and learn.
