• Access the credibility of the analysis tools and the reliability role in the program.
• Establish supporters of the results, analysis, and advised program action in advance.
• Deliver the issue in conjunction with potential next actions in a constructed format.  Do not publish “raw” data or incomplete conclusions.  If the analysis or recommended actions change after an initial sharing credibility will be lost, and difficult to recover.
