• Use Case 7 is a new exercise that Adam has been implementing with his customers.  The exercise has the team evaluate unusual use-cases that the customer may use a product in.  In many cases these are extreme oir completely unplanned stresses.  But as Adam found out in a recent presentation of his Use Case 7 tool engineers were able to share examples o non-use being the surprise stress.
