Keith commissioned an assessment of their reliability process within product development. It was advised that a role be created that would assist with information transfer between the front lines in reliability and leadership. This role is often called the “Reliabilty Czar.” Once this role was created his test and engineering team had a direct path to get critical information to leadership. Leadership wa also able to inquire about what was happening in test and analysis directly to the people executing it.
