One thing all reliability engineers have in common is that we found reliability engineering in an unexpected way. For most of us we were educated as electrical, mechanical, or software engineers. At some point in our career we came across reliability, or it came across us. We became fascinated with it and then we found ourselves in role as full time reliability engineers. Jordon is in the early part of his career as a reliability engineer while Adam is mid way through his career. What do they both think about how they got to where they are.
